Mrs. Popernik has taught at St. Pius since 2002. She is a graduate of Anahuac University, A Legionaries of Christ College in Mexico City, Mexico. Mrs. Popernik is a parishioner at St. Pius and lives in Lombard with her husband Ron and their three children all three of whom graduated from St. Pius. As both parent and teacher, Mrs. Popernik firmly believes that the children's faith and self esteem must be nurtured along with their academic efforts. She is very proud to be part of a wonderful community that puts God first.
