Faith in Their Future Means Faith in Our Future


The Faith in Our Future Fund serves as a reminder to each of us of our common mission as Catholics, which is to inspire our young students to embrace the richness of the Catholic faith, so that they may celebrate their own journey in a life influenced by Christ.


Each of our students are prepared academically to thrive in high school and beyond. But more importantly, they learn to become better people, to be accountable for their actions, to care for their classmates, respect their teachers, and to become servants and leaders in their own communities.


Our students proudly put their faith into action through service to each other and to the community. They participate in service projects which include working at homeless shelters, helping their neighbors, creating care packages for our sailors overseas, and bringing joy to the less fortunate by collecting money, food and much needed items.

Ask yourself, who will be the future leaders of our faith in the next generation? Who will step forward to continue the traditions at St. Pius?


Today our students are altar servers, choir members, ambassadors of our school, and mentors to their younger peers. Tomorrow they will be the Parish Council members, the Extraordinary Ministers, St. Vincent de Paul members, priests and sisters.


They will keep our St. Joseph's Table tradition alive, and they will join the Knights of Columbus to be involved in fundraising and charitable works within their communities. As Ministers of Care, they will bring the Eucharist to parishioners who are homebound, hospitalized or in nursing homes. Some will join the Stewardship Council and promote the sharing of time, talent and treasure. Some may become sacristans and support the liturgy by laundering and sewing altar linens. Some will join the Respect for Life Group to promote the belief that all human life deserves respect.


Most importantly, they will grow up and share the wealth of their faith with their own children. They will send them to Catholic schools and they will help to keep our beliefs and morals as Catholics alive and thriving. They will become instrumental in "restoring all things in Christ."

Tuition alone does not cover the cost of educating and inspiring our students. We rely heavily on the generosity of our alumni, parishioners, parents and friends to support our mission through our Faith in Our Future Fund. The dollars raised through this special fund help us address the challenges of rising costs in maintaining our Catholic school. We are also deeply committed to helping struggling families in their dream to provide their children the gift of a Catholic education at St. Pius X Parish School.
